Returns
Overview
At Soivelle, we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns of eligible items shipped within the United States under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags attached.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging with the SKU label intact.
- We do not accept exchanges at this time. A new order can be placed once the return is processed.
Important: All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return approval.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email our customer care team at soivelle@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, full name, and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return Window
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by your tracking information). Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval to qualify for a full refund.
For split shipments, the return window begins from the delivery date of the final package in your order.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Items not returned within the required 7-day window.
- Worn, washed, or damaged items (unless received in that condition).
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined entirely.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective item.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your returned package for inspection and processing. Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at soivelle@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will resolve the problem promptly.
